Vivian Green
This should be no surprise that she get’s my first Seal of Approval. Not only do I love her singing (she writes most of her own songs) but she is truly a beautiful person. “Beautiful” is also the title of her most recent album. I recently was at her album release party and she told of a story about her son, Jordan and I fell in love with her all over again. She was well on her way to being a very prolific and acclaimed artist after her second self titled album. Her son was very ill and she took time off to not only care for him (as any parent would) but she didn’t accept the prognosis and she did all she could to ensure young Jordan would be in the best situation he could possibly be in. As a result, he’s doing well and is getting stronger and thriving or as she puts it, “eating well.”
